Sucks. I used to like it but i think ever since it screwed me over in the accident, i hate it! It's too damn hard to drive in the rain with a crappy car. The car fogs up super fast cause it's tiny. the brakes suck. had to replace the windshield wipers(20 dollars down the drain), theres a leak in the door so once i open the door, water just starts dripping. man this car sucks. I wish it was summer already so i can drive with the top off like a queer.
What I want for the future rainy days:
A fixie bike so when i pedal it's super smooth
A rain coat so i can actually bike in the rain
A bike rack for the car so i can drive to adams house and then bike to school.
or at the very least
New wheels cause they are both warped as hell. I actually like the gears. (The one downside to a fixie.) I think if they can somehow make a 15 speeed bike as smooth as fixie, the bike will be amazing.
Man, biking to school is just so much better:
Parking at deanza is atrouciosu.
You are traveling at such speed that usually all the traffic lights are green.
You save a tremendous amount on gas.
You build up your cardio.
It starts your day up right.
When you get to class you're prettty awake because you just biked 4 miles.
I get to class about the same time biking as i do driving. Driving takes me about 15 to get to the parking lot. It takes me about 2-5 minutes to find parking. Then it takes me another 3-5 minutes to walk to class. So around 20-25 minutes, usually 25.
If i park across the street: it's still around 15 minutes to park across the street, 10 freaking minutes to walk to class cause the science department is all the way in the back of the campus. So 25 minutes.
If i bike to school: it takes me 25 minutes to get to campus, and 30 seconds to get to my class and lock my bike up next to the building.
Biking cuts down on the stress i get from lights and walking late to class. It's just a lot easier. Man i wish i had a better bike. The only benefit for driving is during finals week when no one is there and it'll take me 15 minutes and tahts not worth 14 dollars
